After Care Tattoo

TAKING CARE OF YOUR NEW TATTOO

Keep your tattoo covered for at least 3 hours.

Once you remove the plastic film, wash the area gently with clean hands using lukewarm water and a mild, fragrance-free soap.

Pat it dry with a clean towel—do not rub it.

Apply a thin layer of the recommended healing ointment or cream.

Do not reapply the plastic film after removing it.

Wash your tattoo twice a day and reapply the cream 3 to 4 times a day, especially during the first 3 to 4 days.

Keep your tattoo clean at all times.

Continue this routine until your tattoo is fully healed (typically 1 to 2 weeks).

Avoid prolonged soaking in water (e.g., bathtubs, swimming pools, or the ocean).

Avoid Scratching or Picking:
Your tattoo will scab and peel as it heals. Do not scratch or pick at the scabs, as this can cause scarring or damage the tattoo.

Avoid wearing wool or tight, abrasive clothing over the tattooed area to prevent irritation.

Avoid Direct Sun Exposure:
Keep your tattoo out of the sun for at least 2-4 weeks.
Once healed, always apply sunscreen to help preserve its color and detail, and protect it from UV damage.

Please note: We are not responsible for poor healing if these guidelines are not followed.
