Ilias Efthymiou, also known as Ninne Oat, was born and raised in Athens, Greece.

His tattoo journey began in 2013, when he started his apprenticeship in Athens. Since then, he has participated in numerous tattoo conventions and guest spots across Europe, experiences that have played a key role in shaping and refining his personal style.

His work focuses on blackwork illustration, moving between modern and classical.
Deeply inspired by traditional myths, superstitions, and folk tales, he draws on nostalgia as a creative force, shaping abstract landscapes and occasional portraits.

Characterized by simplicity and repetition, his work creates surreal environments infused with a quiet sense of mysticism.

He is currently living and working in Zurich, Switzerland, and is a member of The Burning Eye Tattoo team.
